İşlenen kişisel veriler

Hesap: kullanıcı adı, e-posta, şifre özeti (hash), Apple veya Google ile girişte ilgili kimlik belirteçleri ve (varsa) sağlayıcının ilettiği ad / e-posta. Doğrulama için tek kullanımlık kod (OTP). İsteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı. Paylaştığınız albümlerdeki fotoğraf ve videolar ile albüm başlığı, izin verilen kişiler. Abonelik yansıması (ürün kimliği, süre sonu, Apple işlem kimliği). Bildirim açıkken cihaz push jetonu ve dil tercihi. Hizmetin çalışması için teknik kayıtlar (API istekleri, hata günlükleri; Sentry üzerinden hata izleme).

Fotoğraf kitaplığınız, konum EXIF bilgisi, harita pinleri, Places ve Trips grupları cihazınızda işlenir. Harita ve indeks için fotoğraflar sunucuya yüklenmez. Yalnızca sizin oluşturduğunuz paylaşım albümlerindeki seçili medya buluta gider.

Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

Üyelik sözleşmesinin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK md. 5/2-c): kayıt, oturum, albüm paylaşımı, kota ve Pro özelliklerinin sunulması. Hukuki yükümlülük (md. 5/2-ç): yetkili mercilerin zorunlu talepleri. Meşru menfaat (md. 5/2-f): güvenliğin sağlanması, suistimalin önlenmesi, hataların giderilmesi. Apple App Store faturalaması Apple’ın kendi süreçlerindedir; Ritrova yalnızca üyeliği doğrulamak için gerekli yansımayı tutar.

Aktarım

Kişisel veriler; barındırma ve nesne depolama (ör. sunucu altyapısı ve Cloudflare R2), e-posta gönderimi, Apple (Sign in with Apple ve uygulama içi satın alma), isteğe bağlı Google Sign-In ve hata izleme (Sentry) sağlayıcılarına, hizmetin sunulması için gerekli ölçüde aktarılabilir. Yurt dışına aktarım söz konusu olduğunda KVKK’daki aktarım şartlarına uyulması hedeflenir. Verileriniz satılmaz, reklam ağıyla paylaşılmaz.

Saklama

Hesap verileri üyelik süresince ve silme talebinden sonra yasal saklama / yedek süreleri kadar tutulur. Paylaşım albümleri, albümü sildiğinizde veya hesabı kapattığınızda kaldırılır. Cihazınızdaki fotoğraf indeksi uygulama verisiyle birlikte cihazdadır. Hesabı silmek Apple Pro aboneliğini iptal etmez; iptal Apple ID ayarlarından yapılır.

Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11)

Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde / yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK md. 7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, düzeltme/silme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz aleyhine itiraz, kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Fotoğrafların izolasyonu

Albüm fotoğrafları varsayılan olarak özeldir. Başka bir kullanıcı, sizin açıkça yetki verdiğiniz durumlar dışında bu fotoğraflara erişemez. Yetki: albümün sahibi olmanız; bir arkadaşa kişisel izin vermeniz; veya kabul edilmiş bir gruba albüm bağlamanız — o grubun kabul edilmiş tüm üyeleri görür. Profil fotoğrafı yalnızca sizinle arkadaşlık, grup veya albüm ilişkisi olan kişilere gösterilir. Harita ve fotoğraf kitaplığı cihazınızda kalır.

Güvenlik tedbirleri (KVKK md. 12)

Bulut nesneleri herkese açık kovada tutulmaz. İndirme yalnızca kimliği doğrulanmış API üzerinden, yetki kontrolünden sonra yapılır; herkese açık veya imzalı nesne adresi verilmez. Kapalı hesabın oturum jetonu geçersizdir. Albüm veya hesap silindiğinde ilgili nesneler depolamadan kaldırılır. Başka hesaba ait nesneleri tarama veya yetkisiz erişim girişimi yasaktır.

Cihaz izinleri

Fotoğraf kitaplığı, bildirim ve benzeri iOS izinleri kayıt formunda alınmaz; ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda sistem diyaloğuyla istenir. İzni reddetmek hesabı silmez; yalnızca o özelliği sınırlar.

Personal data we process

Account: username, email, password hash, Apple or Google sign-in identifiers and any name/email the provider sends. One-time codes (OTP). Optional profile photo. Photos and videos in albums you share, album titles, and who may access them. Subscription mirror (product ID, expiry, Apple transaction ID). Push token and language preference if notifications are on. Technical logs (API requests, errors, including Sentry).

Your photo library, EXIF location, map pins, Places and Trips are processed on your device. Photos are not uploaded for mapping or indexing. Only media you put in a share album goes to the cloud.

Purposes and legal bases

Performing the membership contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): sign-up, session, album sharing, quotas and Pro features. Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): lawful requests from authorities. Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): security, abuse prevention, fixing errors. Apple bills App Store purchases; Ritrova only stores the mirror needed to grant Pro.

Transfers

Data may be shared, only as needed to run the service, with hosting and object storage (including Cloudflare R2), email delivery, Apple (Sign in with Apple and in-app purchase), optional Google Sign-In, and error monitoring (Sentry). Cross-border transfers aim to follow KVKK rules. We do not sell your data or share it with ad networks.

Retention

Account data is kept while you are a member and for legal/backup periods after deletion. Share albums are removed when you delete them or close the account. The on-device photo index stays on the device. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple Pro subscription; cancel in Apple ID settings.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, learn the purpose, learn recipients, request correction, request deletion under Art. 7, ask that third parties be told of those changes, object to automated analysis, and claim damages for unlawful processing. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

Photo isolation

Album photos are private by default. Another user cannot access them unless you grant access: you own the album; you give a personal grant to a friend; or you attach the album to an accepted group — then every accepted member of that group can view it. Profile photos are shown only to people who have a friendship, group, or album relationship with you. Your map and photo library stay on your device.

Security measures (KVKK Art. 12)

Cloud objects are not stored in a public bucket. Downloads go only through the authenticated API after an access check; we do not issue public or presigned object URLs. A session token does not work after the account is closed. When you delete an album or the account, related objects are removed from storage. Scanning or accessing another account’s objects is prohibited.

Device permissions

Photo library and notification access are not requested on the sign-up form; iOS asks when you use those features. Refusing a permission does not delete your account.

Fotos und Videos in von Ihnen geteilten Alben, Albentitel und Zugriffsberechtigte. Abo-Spiegel (Produkt-ID, Ablauf, Apple-Transaktions-ID). Push-Token und Sprache, wenn Mitteilungen aktiv sind. Technische Protokolle (API, Fehler, inkl. Sentry).

Fotobibliothek, EXIF-Ort, Kartenpins, Places und Trips werden auf dem Gerät verarbeitet. Für Karte und Index werden keine Fotos hochgeladen. Nur Medien in einem Teilen-Album gehen in die Cloud.

Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen

Erfüllung des Mitgliedsvertrags (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). Rechtliche Pflicht (Art. 5/2-ç). Berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 5/2-f): Sicherheit und Fehlerbehebung. Apple rechnet Käufe ab; Ritrova speichert nur den Spiegel für Pro.

Übermittlung

Soweit nötig an Hosting/Speicher (inkl. Cloudflare R2), E-Mail-Versand, Apple, optionales Google Sign-In und Sentry. Kein Verkauf, keine Werbenetzwerke.

Speicherung

Kontodaten während der Mitgliedschaft und gesetzliche Fristen danach. Alben beim Löschen oder Kontoschluss. Der Geräteindex bleibt auf dem Gerät. Kontolöschung kündigt kein Apple-Abo; Kündigung in den Apple-ID-Einstellungen.

Ihre Rechte (KVKK Art. 11)

Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Empfänger, Widerspruch. E-Mail [email protected]. Beschwerde bei der türkischen Datenschutzbehörde möglich.

Foto-Isolation

Albenfotos sind standardmäßig privat. Ein anderer Nutzer erhält keinen Zugriff, es sei denn, Sie erteilen ihn: Sie sind Eigentümer des Albums; Sie geben einem Freund eine persönliche Freigabe; oder Sie binden das Album an eine angenommene Gruppe — dann kann jedes angenommene Mitglied sie sehen. Profilfotos sehen nur Personen mit Freundschaft, Gruppe oder Albumbeziehung. Karte und Fotobibliothek bleiben auf dem Gerät.

Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (KVKK Art. 12)

Cloud-Objekte liegen nicht in einem öffentlichen Bucket. Downloads laufen nur über die authentifizierte API nach Zugriffsprüfung; es gibt keine öffentlichen oder vorsignierten Objekt-URLs. Ein Sitzungstoken gilt nach Kontoschluss nicht. Beim Löschen von Album oder Konto werden zugehörige Objekte entfernt. Das Durchsuchen oder der unbefugte Zugriff auf Objekte anderer Konten ist untersagt.

Geräteberechtigungen

Fotos und Mitteilungen werden nicht im Registrierungsformular abgefragt, sondern von iOS bei Nutzung der Funktion.

Datos que tratamos

La fototeca, EXIF de ubicación, mapa, Places y Trips se procesan en el dispositivo. No se suben fotos para el mapa. Solo el contenido de un álbum compartido va a la nube.

Finalidades y bases

Ejecución del contrato de membresía (KVKK art. 5/2-c). Obligación legal (art. 5/2-ç). Interés legítimo (art. 5/2-f): seguridad y errores. Apple factura las compras; Ritrova solo guarda el espejo de Pro.

Alojamiento y almacenamiento (incl. Cloudflare R2), correo, Apple, Google Sign-In opcional y Sentry, solo lo necesario. No vendemos datos ni los damos a redes publicitarias.

Conservación

Datos de cuenta durante la membresía y plazos legales tras el borrado. Los álbumes se eliminan al borrarlos o cerrar la cuenta. El índice local permanece en el dispositivo. Borrar la cuenta no cancela la suscripción de Apple.

Derechos (KVKK art. 11)

Acceso, rectificación, supresión e información sobre cesiones. [email protected]. También puede reclamar ante la autoridad turca de protección de datos.

Aislamiento de fotos

Las fotos de álbum son privadas por defecto. Otro usuario no puede acceder salvo que usted lo autorice: ser dueño del álbum; conceder permiso personal a un amigo; o vincular el álbum a un grupo aceptado — entonces todos los miembros aceptados pueden verlo. La foto de perfil solo se muestra a quienes tienen amistad, grupo o álbum con usted. El mapa y la fototeca permanecen en el dispositivo.

Medidas de seguridad (KVKK art. 12)

Los objetos en la nube no están en un cubo público. La descarga solo pasa por la API autenticada tras el control de acceso; no emitimos URL públicas ni prefirmadas. El token de sesión no funciona tras cerrar la cuenta. Al borrar un álbum o la cuenta se eliminan los objetos. Está prohibido rastrear u acceder a objetos de otra cuenta.

Permisos del dispositivo

Fotos y notificaciones no se piden en el registro; iOS las solicita al usar la función.

Exécution du contrat d’adhésion (KVKK art. 5/2-c). Obligation légale (art. 5/2-ç). Intérêt légitime (art. 5/2-f) : sécurité et correction des erreurs. Apple facture les achats ; Ritrova ne conserve que le miroir Pro.

Hébergement et stockage (dont Cloudflare R2), e-mail, Apple, Google Sign-In optionnel et Sentry, dans la mesure nécessaire. Pas de vente ni de réseaux publicitaires.

Conservation

Données de compte pendant l’adhésion puis délais légaux. Albums supprimés à l’effacement ou à la clôture. L’index local reste sur l’appareil. Supprimer le compte n’annule pas l’abonnement Apple.

Vos droits (KVKK art. 11)

Accès, rectification, suppression, information sur les destinataires. [email protected]. Réclamation possible auprès de l’autorité turque.

Isolement des photos

Les photos d’album sont privées par défaut. Un autre utilisateur n’y accède que si vous l’autorisez : vous êtes propriétaire de l’album ; vous accordez un droit personnel à un ami ; ou vous rattachez l’album à un groupe accepté — alors tous les membres acceptés peuvent le voir. La photo de profil n’est montrée qu’aux personnes liées par amitié, groupe ou album. La carte et la photothèque restent sur l’appareil.

Mesures de sécurité (KVKK art. 12)

Les objets cloud ne sont pas dans un compartiment public. Le téléchargement passe uniquement par l’API authentifiée après contrôle d’accès ; aucune URL publique ou présignée n’est émise. Le jeton de session ne fonctionne plus après clôture du compte. La suppression d’un album ou du compte retire les objets. Scanner ou accéder aux objets d’un autre compte est interdit.

Autorisations de l’appareil

Photos et notifications ne sont pas demandées à l’inscription ; iOS les demande à l’usage de la fonction.

目的と根拠

会員契約の履行（KVKK 5/2-c）。法令上の義務（5/2-ç）。正当な利益（5/2-f）: セキュリティと障害対応。課金は Apple が行い、Ritrova は Pro 付与に必要な写しのみ保持します。

提供

ホスティングとオブジェクト保存（Cloudflare R2 を含む）、メール送信、Apple、任意の Google サインイン、Sentry に、運営上必要な範囲で提供します。販売や広告ネットワークへの提供はありません。

保管

会員期間中および削除後の法令上の期間。アルバムは削除または退会時に除去。端末上の索引は端末に残ります。アカウント削除では Apple の Pro は解約されません。

権利（KVKK 第11条）

開示、訂正、削除、提供先の確認など。[email protected]。トルコ個人データ保護委員会への申立てが可能です。

写真の隔離

アルバム写真は原則非公開です。明示的に許可しない限り、他のユーザーはアクセスできません。許可は、アルバムの所有者であること、友人への個別許可、または承認済みグループへの紐付け（そのグループの承認済み全員が閲覧）です。プロフィール写真は、友人・グループ・アルバムの関係がある人にのみ表示されます。地図と写真ライブラリは端末に残ります。

安全管理措置（KVKK 第12条）

クラウド上のオブジェクトは公開バケットに置きません。ダウンロードはアクセス確認後の認証済み API のみで行い、公開 URL や事前署名 URL は発行しません。アカウント閉鎖後のセッショントークンは無効です。アルバムまたはアカウント削除時に関連オブジェクトを除去します。他アカウントのオブジェクトの探索・不正アクセスは禁止です。

端末の許可

写真と通知は登録フォームでは求めず、機能利用時に iOS が確認します。

A foto de perfil só aparece para quem tem amizade, grupo ou álbum com você. O mapa e a biblioteca ficam no aparelho.

Medidas de segurança (KVKK art. 12)

Os objetos na nuvem não ficam em bucket público. O download só passa pela API autenticada após o controle de acesso; não emitimos URL pública nem pré-assinada. O token de sessão não vale após o encerramento da conta. Ao excluir um álbum ou a conta, os objetos são removidos. É proibido varrer ou acessar objetos de outra conta.

Permissões do aparelho

Fotos e notificações não são pedidas no cadastro; o iOS pergunta ao usar o recurso.
