Ritrova ("we", "our", or "the app") helps you view your own photos on a map. Your privacy is central to how the app is built.
Photos stay on your device
Your photo library is processed locally on your iPhone. We do not upload your photos to our servers for indexing or map display.
Location data
Location information is read from photo metadata (EXIF) on your device. Map pins and trip statistics are computed locally unless you explicitly use a cloud feature (such as sharing a link).
Account & subscription
If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifiers Apple provides for authentication and subscription validation. We store account and billing records needed to operate the service.
Shared links
If you create a share link, only the metadata and assets required for that share are stored on our servers for the lifetime of the link.
Analytics
We do not sell your personal data. We may collect minimal technical logs (errors, API requests) to keep the service reliable.
